Britomart Florist has been located in the heart of Auckland City, first opening in 2003 at the Britomart Train Station. We provide customers with fresh flowers and gifts for their special occasion or just to lighten up their day. Our services are built with 35 years of experience thriving to improve and maintain the high-quality standards.
Our talented florist at Britomart Florist keeps with the new trends and tries to create new designs for beautiful flowers to offer an extensive selection of the highest quality flower which are suitable for all occasions.

Monday – Friday Deliveries within Auckland can be made on same day basis providing orders are received prior to 2pm.
Saturday Deliveries within Auckland can be made on same day basis providing orders are received prior to 1pm.

Please be aware, we are closed on Sunday. Orders placed over the weekend (late Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the Monday morning. If you wish to take delivery of an item on the weekend please contact us in advance and we will endeavor to arrange this for you, where possible. Additional delivery fees may apply.
We will do our best to deliver goods at the agreed delivery time but we will not be liable for late delivery. Late delivery does not entitle the purchaser to cancel the order. For urgent deliveries please phone us for assistance to our Florist at (027) 241 6666.
Britomart Florist cannot cancel any order that has already been made up. If the cancellation request is made prior to the order being made up Britomart Florist will accept cancellation and provide a full refund.
Britomart Florist may, depending on the circumstances, refund the price of the product. We are also able to offer other solutions such as resending the product or resending a different gift of the same value. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis at our complete discretion.

Britomart Florist collects information from the customer so that we can successfully provide you with our services and products. Information we require can include the full name of the customer and the recipient, email address, invoices address, delivery address, contact phone numbers and credit card details.
Britomart Florist will not disclose any personal information to a third party who is not involved in the preparation and/or delivery of the product unless authorised to do so or required by law.
